This thirst-quenching cocktail, which can be consumed at any time, is inspired by the Pisco Sour, a timeless classic cocktail, made with a base. of Pisco, a wine brandy produced in Peru and Chile.


- 6cl of MAH
- 1 egg white
- 2.5 cl of lemon juice
- 2.5 cl of sugar syrup
- I lemon zest


1. Fill a glass with ice to refresh it.
2. Pour the MAH, egg white, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a shaker.
3. Shake the shaker for 1O seconds.
4:. Then add ice cubes too to the shaker and shake it until a frost begins to appear on the outside of the shaker.
5. Empty the cocktail glass of its ice cubes and then pour the contents of the shaker into it without the ice cubes.
